Kaspersky Anti-Virus failing to install through Kaseya push
Using the program Kaseya to remotely manage clients involves pushing Kaspersky to each client's machine.
When sending Kaspersky to a few clients I have been receiving errors such as Kaspersky failed to install or Repair install failed
A diagnostic tool from Kaseya support on this issue can be found at:
http://support.kaspersky.com/general/dumps/3632#block1
After generating a GSI Report using this tool go to this URL and create a support ticket with Kaseya Support requesting diagnostics with them:
http://www.kaseya.com/support/helpdesk
Be sure to put a good contact email so that when you communicate with Kaseya support they can send you what needs to be uninstall from the client machine to make the Kaspersky Anti-Virus install not fail and show that it is installed correctly
Update 4/20/15-----------
Instead of sending a Kaseya ticket you can go to http://www.getsysteminfo.com after generating the GSI report, unzip the GSI Report and then upload the 2nd zip file that says getsysteminfo into the site , next click incompatible programs and it will show you what you need to remove to make Kaspersky work
Update 4/27/15-----------
Kaspersky support provided a removal tool if some machines you try to push Kaspersky onto still won't take the install http://support.kaspersky.com/common/service.aspx?el=1464#block1
run the utility and if the install still doesn't work after that do another GSI report
