When logging into Windows, usually after an update to Windows 8.1 you get the error "There was a problem starting C:\Windows\System32\LogiLDA.dll The specified module could not be found."
Solution:
run task manager - startup tab - disable LogiLDA
found that an old version of the Logitech Wireless driver was trying to run on Windows 8.1 which is incompatible but the new driver is already installed so the devices still work properly
rebooted machine
the dll error is no longer present, good to go
